      1. The Company and CEO have a very forward looking vision. 2. Good amenities, free meals, free office cab. 3. Company encourages learning and improving skills.

      Cons

      1. Culture still outdated in some products, lot of internal politics. 2. Some products still are on older legacy code, could do with modernization.
