Pros
Company that gives importance to what software quality is, organized and everyone's willing to assist. Pay I'd say is average for the area/industry and overall great company to work for, whether you're starting or deep in your career
Cons
Since we're in the middle of an acquisition expect some loop holes on processes, software metrics could be used a little more, however the most important ones are being used, wouldn't mind a few bonuses.
