      Management never trust the employees, even though they pretend. Layoffs are done inspite of excellent performance

      Pros

      People at your level are all great and fun to work with. They pay you money to work there.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything. Low morale, you are not trained to ever be good enough to leave, rolling layoffs, Mark B is the worst leader I have ever seen, no compassion for employees (you are just a number), they only answer to shareholders, they break HR rules, minimal to no raises, they are *not* a tech company but only an acquisition company and so on and so on.
