Great product, terrible management

- The OT-2 fills a need in the market for low cost, easily adoptable automation. - Above average pay - remote work

Cons

- Upper management doesn't really seem to have a clear plan on how to increase revenue (and if they did it was never clearly articulates) - plans for future product development lack proper market/customer understanding. - 3 layoffs in the last year has everyone on walking on egg shells. - morale is low as nobody feels their job is safe
