While we do have a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts, we strive to keep employees informed through our bi-weekly newsletters, company All Hands meetings and Q&A sessions where employees have an open forum to ask questions to our senior leadership team.

Helping scientists do science more cheaply and easily Hiring hardworking, smart people with lots of experience Fostering a good company culture

Cons

Sometimes it felt like the C-suite was beating around the bush with the employees or sugarcoating things. Also, daily expectations and protocols were subject to change very often (due to it being a startup) which resulted in confusion and interruptions to peoples' workflows.
