      Pros

      Feels like a small company, little to no red tape, leadership is personable and accessible. Low stress, great work life balance

      Cons

      Job very different than what was described in the interview process or job description. Claimed to be hiring for an outsider's expertise and recommendation on process and structure, but don't really want to change.

      Good company training Paid training If you have a good SM and DM you will do well

      Cons

      Expected to meet up at Panera's up to 90 minutes away. Then do cold calling in that area (no sense in going back to my home territory). If you don't come, you won't be allowed to man the enrollment in that area the rest of the week. Enrollment may or may not be productive. And you wasted time in an area you are not familiar with and will have a difficult time cultivating interest. Bottom line, DM and SM don't want you opening your own groups... this is where the money is, so they want to keep it for themselves while you have the opportunity to run their enrollment which they don't want to do.
