Pros

seemed like a family if you like being gone throughout the week this is the job for you can joke around with management

Cons

not a flexible schedule your heard nothing but complaining when you asked for a day off in advance not home during the week managers overwhelmed no one ever knew what was going on talked bad about employees behind their back

Pros

Good bunch of people to work with (with the exception of a couple). They have christian core values and seem to care about their people. The pay is average.

Cons

Benefits are poor, but most places are nowadays. As mentioned above, there are a couple of management level people that hold this company back from being great due to selfishness and general lack of character. Very cliquish place to work.

Really don't know where to start everybody loves to hear positive thinking The only thing is you have a bunch that don't want to know a problem because they may have to act on it instead I will ignore it and the good help will finally quite and all will go away We will hire some more that's why turnover is so high All good unless you are in with your boss and tell them what they want to hear and feel Let me keep getting the peanuts while y'all sit back and think of ways you grow a business that has screwed there customers from bare ground to towers Will continue to keep positive because what goes around will come again

Cons

The more you work the less you get with this overtime formula Continue to take it all good unless you look at check stub LOL
