Pros

Work environment gives you freedom to express ideas to better current processes. Every member of the team is given the opportunity to excel and grow personally. It’s great coming to work with a team you consider family.

Cons

Weeks can be long and travel can be frequent.

Pros

People are good people except for owners. As long as you do your job everything is good. lots of freedom with this job but no place to advance.

Cons

Needs new management from owner down. Three times in 2014 they couldn't meet payroll. General managers, operation managers all need to be replaced. Will be your friend to your face. Then stab you in the back If you go to management with an ideal unless it is theirs it wont happen. No communication with this company at all. If I could give this a negative rating I would.
