Cons

Lots of gossip from front office and some therapists about co wokers and sometimes patients. Lower end of the pay scale for positions.

Good pay and benefits, PTO is reasonable, friendly staff, good reliable internet and EMR, quality care over quantity, great connection with physicians.

Cons

Can get a little difficult when the company goes through changes, but that's to be expected with growth!
