      Flexible schedules and growth opportunities

      Cons

      Management is too busy protecting other managers that they “need” even when they show they don’t have any integrity that it jeopardizes the entire team. No accountability, you will have to explain what you’re doing every min of the day if you work remotely. Even when you’re working in charts. It’s the worst level of micromanaging I have ever seen.

      Good hours and benefits. You get holidays off.

      Cons

      ACR Safety guidelines not followed in MRI department which made me nervous for the patients. Management needs training. Harassment.
