      Good benefits, nice co workers and good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Lots of gossip from front office and some therapists about co wokers and sometimes patients. Lower end of the pay scale for positions.

      Good Benefits, Pto and sick time,

      Pay isn't great, no raises, no bonuses, a lot of backstabbing and office gossip, doctors can fire you for anything, job isn't very secure

      Good support from direct leadership. Establish trust with your leadership and you get a long leash to operate autonomously.

      Cons

      Very little growth opportunity. Execs don't care about you. I left during senior leadership turnover of the CEO so may have changed.
