The best thing about working at Optima is the people. It's a team of positive, capable professionals committed to producing exceptional software and providing excellent service to customers. The company is small enough to be agile, but big enough to provide a professional work environment. The BLT (business leadership team) at Optima genuinely cares about team members.

Cons

Optima is going through a merger with a new company (Net Health) and while everything is going well, there are some unknowns that are being figured out as we go.
