Pros

Free lunches and healthcare. The office is nice and there are free snacks, coffee, and soda. The pay is ok.

Cons

Everything else about this company sucks. Mandatory overtime, no schedule flexibility, management is threatening, training is nonexistent, you're disciplined for simple mistakes, and most people get fired before they reach 30 days, usually for something petty. The managers are pretty much liars and will say anything to make them look good to the owners, even if it means making you look bad. Look elsewhere, this is not a good company

Paid fairly well, Great Industry

Cons

Senior leadership was horrible, company leads by fear and intimidation. I witnessed employees crying at their desks! Everything trickles from the top.

Pros

Free Friday lunch, bagels on Thursdays, drinks and snacks. Most employees are friendly. We had a break room with pool and ping pong tables. An illusion of opportunity. I really wanted to work here for a long time.

Cons

When the company sold, there was an obvious shift in culture. Respected coworkers were being let go. All new hires were in sales and marketing or senior management. There are some very smart people in engineering, but they can be arrogant. The IT side lacked in organisation and ability because positions are filled with non IT people, making it another tier of customer service. So much red tape to get anything done. So much fear of change. Poor promotion decisions.
