Pros

Cool desks that raises and lowers. Free snacks. Free lunch once a week.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. Management had ZERO trust of engineers working there. Had camera installed on ceiling at one point to spy on us. Expected to listen to management and comply 100% or you're out the door. Didn't value individual thought, creativity, or criticism of how things are done. Spies on our communications. Restrictions on everything.

Pros

They provide you with lunch one day of the week and have a very adequate insurance plan.

Cons

No Training make for upset customers. The company presents a facade of a great place to work when in reality management is very threatening and makes a very stressful environment while having unrealistic expectations. Mandatory overtime.
