Pros
-Excellent hiring experience from interview to on boarding material, HR help (Christina Truong) is professional and courteous.
-Excellent Management (Kevin Romine, Michelle Botta, Shannon Payne, Neil Leaves) they make you feel appreciated, very knowledgeable, patient and always available to help.
-Excellent Training... they spend a week getting you prepared for the sales floor and Raymond Dinnen is an absolute stud.
-Great Environment and Culture for Success... Team Leads are patient, experienced and knowledgeable. Everyone is very helpful. Bonuses are fun, raffles and other games. Flexible schedules and OT opportunities. Company events and they are not oppose to celebrating holidays within the company with decoration and what now... everyone gets involved which makes it fun.
-Compensation, nothing huge in compensation for the first 2 months. Everyone around you that has been there at least 3 months seems to be making a decent amount of money.
-Leads are distributed out evenly!
-Leadership... I believe great organizations start at the top, our CEO David King and Co-Owner Harry give off the vibe of CARING FOR THE CLIENT AND EMPLOYEES. They stop by and see how we are doing, they join events and they update us on whats going on in our industry. It really feels like we are all along for the ride together.
I'd highly recommend great people to apply.
Cons
Tons of meetings that may take you out of your daily job rhythm. I feel once you're 2 months in the job simplifies. In the beginning you may find yourself taking work home with you for the first 6 weeks. Again this will likely change once you understand the basics and don't have to review in these meetings.
