      Friendly people (Mostly) Dry cleaning service

      Cons

      They make you do really hard cases when you're just a beginner. It takes time to get used to this and if you don't get it in time, then they let you go. Low pay. Only $15/hour.

      Pros

      I have been working for Optima for more than a year now. Great place to work, with great benefits. Managements are the best as they care about their employees. They do promote within and will award those that are working hard. I wish I had joined Optima long time ago. What I like most about Optima is that they really care about their clients and client come first and that they really care about quality of the work and providing the highest qualify of service for all their clients.

      Pros

      Optima Tax Relief stands by its Core Values and really advocates work life balance. I love the fact that the company gives back to the community and encourages a positive culture.

      Cons

      Accrual hours for PTO is lower than some companies.
