I work for optima for a few years, and I really enjoy my time here. Management was extremely supportive always. They provided clear direction, and always available. I love the freedom they gave you on your schedule. In addition, great benefits!! I have no complaints. If I had the opportunity to work for optima again, I would. I highly recommend this great company.

Cons

I had to leave because of my long commute and we were required to report to the office. No other negatives.
