I started working for Optima in September of 2017 and from the moment I got here I've loved it. I truly feel blessed to be working for a company like this that cares and appreciates their employees. If you work hard there's room for growth and opportunities so in the end it's all worth it. Another great thing here is management!The best thing is were actually helping our client's as well and not just fibbing about our services. If you're thinking of applying don't hesitate you won't regret it!!

I am so beyond blessed to work for a company that cares for there employees and genuinely wants everyone to grow, thrive, and succeed. OTR values its employees and does everything possible to make sure we are taken cared of. Coming to work is not a problem. If anything I look forward into doing so. The management such as managers, team leads, HR, and staff are a delight to work with. OTR is a family based company, and we are all a family. We take care of one another. I am honestly in love with this company and the way it works. And if our work as a company cant prove that, nothing else can.

OTR is a great company there is no downside to it.
