      Pros

      *High turnover leads to opportunities to climb up the ladder, especially if you like to brown nose. *Some of mid management are great people who care and try their best

      Cons

      *If you're not in sales the pay equates to something you'd get out of high school, except they want you to have experience. *Owner likes to complain about paying employees and how much California wages are (which explais why they're opening up branches in other states). *They require you to write these glassdoor reviews hence why i'm rewriting mine post employment. *Don't expect to be paid any kind of competitive or fair wages. Expect to be lowballed at the last moment. Lots of "carrot on a stick" empty promises and management practices.

      Pros

      The platform and my co-workers are great people. Everyday feels like I'm hanging with friends. The BIG wigs are approachable and really understand each employees needs.

      Cons

      I wish we had more or ALL inbound channels but I understand we are making those changes as we grow.
