      Optima offers a professional and respectful work environment, management that listens and cares, a great reputation, and a charitable footprint in the community that you can choose to be a part of. Most importantly, you are very well compensated for your hard work.

      Cons

      There is not option to be a low energy drone here. If you seeking an "8 and hit the gate" type job, it is probably not for you. We work hard, make money, and have fun here.

      Pros

      I have been working with the company for 2 months now, and i love everything it has to offer to its employees. I have never worked for a company that has so many fun events and motivational goals as a team. Employees are really supportive to one another which is why they have great team work. You can grow with the company and if you have career growth path goals, they are supportive and will help you reach your goals.

      I don't have anything negative to say, its a great company to work for.
