      Pros

      Optima is a great place to work. From the company culture, to the management. From my experience management at Optima really listens to opinions and feedback, and when they recognize a problem they are more then willing to correct in a very swift manner. On top of that, this is a great place to work your way up. Optima is always willing to help you move forward in your career path.

      Cons

      Sometimes bad employees are kept around longer then they should, but it is to give them an opportunity to improve/grow.

      Not only does this company provide tremendous support and opportunity. There is an employee-centric style of management present. Most decisions that are made will be with the employees best interest in mind. I have worked for large and small companies and the philosophy of investing in your people vs your bottom line seems to be lost for most organizations now-a-days. The owners and upper-management display this practice ever day. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this organization and have the opportunities available to me ever day. Thank you Optima!

      Firm reputation is impeccable and adds to the prestige of working for such an amazing firm. Optima seeks out feedback and embraces their employees reviews. CEO, Management and owners are down to earth and easy to talk to. Culture! Fun, empowering, diverse and welcoming. Everyday is a great day at work. Good benefits and options. Sense of satisfaction from knowing that everyday our team is helping hundreds of clients nationwide reach a resolution to their haunting Tax problems I felt fully supported during my learning period and feel very comfortable reaching out for assistance at any time as our management has an open door policy and greet your question with a smile.

      Cons

      You truly cannot slack off, so if you're a slacker, this place is not for you. In order to be successful here, you do have to devote your time efficiently to the multitude of clients that you will be assigned to assist on a daily basis. The culture and environment may be fun but you must work just as hard to keep it that way.
