      This is by far the BEST Company I have ever worked for! The culture is amazing. Everyone from the top down cares about each other. I'm in Sales and everyone is making money. The reputation and marketing make it very easy to earn a six figure income. I would say the range is between $85,000-$185,000 per year. The biggest difference for me is there is no bubble that's going to pop like other industries and interest rates won't ruin your pipeline. We also don't have any competition in this space!

      Pros

      This company helped me get my foot in the door. I work in the IT department. Our team is very tight. The managers respect me. They are open to ideas. They are very positive. The best part of my job is the people. They make me want to work hard for them.

      Cons

      I wish I got paid more, but I have to be patient and learn more to become a more valuable asset.

      Optima Tax Relief is a great place to work at, they treat you like family and always going out there way to help you. You get the proper training and tools you need to complete the job. I would recommend my friends to apply here because the company is growing and expanding to new horizons every day.
