Pros

Many pros to work here: Great co-workers and management. Nice benefit package. The ability to make a nice income. You will make what you are worth. Management has found many ways to keep us motivated with the ability to get bonus and spiffs throughout the month. A very ethical company. At the end of the day it feels good that you can help people out.

Cons

None that I have noticed.

Pros

They have an amazing work environment. They really have created a culture and they value work/life balance. The training process was very structured and thorough, they really give you the training and tools you need to excel. Management is great; they have great leadership skills and actually care about your success. They are really careful with who they hire. Everyone that works here has a good attitude and a good work ethic. So if you are negative and lazy this place isn’t the place for you. When I first started everyone made me feel very welcome and they all offered support when it was needed. Last but not least, we actually get to help put clients in a better position. The company does everything with integrity so you are able to sleep at night knowing you are actually doing the right thing for people.

Cons

the only thing I can think of is that we don't get paid on 1099 instead on W2. It's not a big deal.

CEO, Management and owners are down to earth and easy to talk to. Culture! Fun, empowering, diverse and welcoming. Everyday is a great day at work. Good benefits and options. Sense of satisfaction from knowing that everyday our team is helping hundreds of clients nationwide reach a resolution to their haunting Tax problems I felt fully supported during my learning period and feel very comfortable reaching out for assistance at any time as our management has an open door policy and greet your question with a smile.

Cons

You truly cannot slack off, so if you're a slacker, this place is not for you. In order to be successful here, you do have to devote your time efficiently to the multitude of clients that you will be assigned to assist on a daily basis. The culture and environment may be fun but you must work just as hard to keep it that way.
