      1. Friendly Working Environment 2. Competitive Salary/Benefit Package (Personally think it is better than big 4 entry level package) 3. Flexible working schedule 4. Great management / strong working ethnics (always willing to improve and communicate) 5. Very detail-oriented training - ***beginner friendly***** 6. Weekly updates/ Quarterly meeting & workshop 7. You will find your way to work. Dont worry.

      1. Frequently policy change due to company is getting bigger 2. Not an easy job, need dedication to stay 3. Will require a lot of study on tax matter and legal process.

      I have been an employee of Optima Tax Relief for 5 years now. I love coming to work even though my commute to and from work totals about 3 to 3.5 hrs a day. I feel honored to be able to work for the best tax resolution firm in the industry and everyone here has been great and the culture here is great. OTR is such a fun place to work too, there are always fun events planned. There are many opportunities to move up or gain more experiences in other departments. OTR has been awesome with allowing me to juggle work and family/kids perfectly. Overall they care about their employees.
