Compensation potential, culture (very fun yet professional environment), medical and retirement preparation benefits

Cons

The new CRM that is scheduled to be released soon will take care of this area.

Pros

I have definitely gained a lot of knowledge while working here. Great and fun culture. Constant fun activities. Occasional free lunches. Management listens to feedback and actually addresses feedback.

Cons

Promotions don't come with a raise and the attendance policy could be better but over all good place to work at.

Pros

Optima is a special workplace that prioritizes staff development and engagement. There are so many recognition, learning and development programs going on which gives real opportunity to advance one's career goals. There are also many events (lunches, contests, offsite parties, health & wellness activites) which allow staff to get to know each other and builds an awesome camaraderie!

Cons

The work we do at Optima has a huge impact on our clients, and this can be stressful at times - it comes with the territory.
