Very nice and friendly environment to work in. Fun atmosphere with many perks to make extra money. Supportive coworkers in every sense.

Cons

Not many cons to working at OTR. Salary is difficult when moving up and promotions are just a change in job title and more work without the benifit of more pay for more work.
