If you like time off, this is where you want to work! Many days, there was hardly anyone working!

Cons

Low starting pay with NO increase after a year. Leadership with high school mindset. Forced to play games from grade school playground. Constantly bombarded with "anonymous" surveys about how you feel about the company & CEO. The constant pandering to kids that didn't want to work was laughable.

Good health benefits, 401k match, PTO, 3 days sick days.

Cons

They Make you write up a review on Glassdoor after your first week there. They’re smart there because the longer you’re there the more unfair you see how it is. Prime leads are given out to a select few for whatever reason. Management will say over and over that it’s a fair lead system but it’s all fake. Plus they keep hiring new people every month which dilutes leads even more. Realistically you’re going to be making about 75k average and you’ll be doing the exact same thing day in and day out.
