The clients and salary were ok

Cons

Management sucked and was a joke! They didn’t care about their staff or if they were getting burnt out only about the money THEY needed to make.

Pros

The Direct Support Professional position is very flexible, which is great for students or people looking for a second job. It is fairly easy to get time off in most situations.

Cons

Shifts are somewhat odd times. There are three shifts per day: 12am-8am, 8am-4pm, and 4pm-12am. Also, administration is very unorganized. Meetings are regularly called with less than two days notice.
