Flexibility, great benefits, some work from home opportunities, PTO, entry level, willing to train, family oriented, centrally located, promotes from within the company

Cons

My only con is a pretty important one -- I feel as though the pay is rather light, at least for my particular position. There are no options for overtime in my department which leaves me required to work a second job.

Good people who really want to make a difference; working with kids is great, if that's your thing; relatively flexible hours

Cons

It can be really stressful in certain situations; you put a lot of miles on your own personal vehicle; sometimes communication between staff and managers isn't great
