There are no pros at Optimae.

Cons

They will tell you wonderful things about a new customer moving into a site home. The reality is that customer is uncontrollable and has violent outbursts that make the other housemates and staff miserable.

Pros

One of the best work places I've encountered in a while. When I first started they were great about supporting staff and clients.

Cons

Most of our clients have filled lawsuits against them for loss of property, abuse etc and a large percentage don't get compensated for their losses. Also big sections of management aren't trained on how to work with clients appropriately which makes for frustrating experiences for all.
