      Pros

      I've worked all over the country and had many different bosses and co workers I love this place id literally do anything I can for my management they have their employees backs and aslong as your not in the wrong they will go to war for you I'm 31 and been working since I was 14 out of every where this place is the best my bosses don't ask me to do anything they wouldn't do

      Cons

      Only con is the Florida heat but that's unavoidable Workin outside

      Pros

      Competitive Pay, In house promotion opportunities, available for most employees , great team effort and performance at Titusville location.

      Cons

      Both Directors over parts and service dept. do not offer adequate training to employees under them. Employees get reprimanded by upper corp management when they don't do something right and when the employee defends themselves by explaining that they have repeatedly asked for training on that and other items but never received it, it's held against them by their Directors.

      Management is horrible. If you are in a "lower" position they treat you like dirt.
