I am so glad you enjoy our team environment here, we honestly believe we work with some of the best and positive people around. It really makes is easy working with driven happy people, it is one of the reasons I love coming to work everyday. Also, we currently work with 7 national fortune 100 companies DTV is just the longest account we have had, and since acquired by AT&T it has been better then ever. Also, we do have turnover just like any other company, but it is not high. We do offer salary based positions with the opportunity to make commission on top of that to increase your income, we find most employees like. Also, I do agree you have to work hard at our company, nothing is going to get handed to you here, we are only looking for self-motivated and hard working individuals. We also have made our schedule more friendly so we offer multiple shifts and we do not work past 8:30 p.m. We offer a gas stipend for employees who qualify, but we do not reimburse mileage or tolls. We will take into consideration the volume of the music. We strive to create a comfortable work environment for each of our employees.
