Cons

Toxic and choatic environment. They don't really value there employees. There actions do not support there word. Also, the annual survey is a joke. Employees would put time and energy into honest feedback, and if the uppers didn't like it, those employees where black balled out of a job.

Wonderful camaraderie with staff and continuous mental exercise.

Cons

As with any other healthcare institution, always trying to undercut pay and hours worked as well as bringing in poor management regularly which is always the kiss of death for an office.

low staffing they throw patients on you last minute change your schedule day before you are by yourself and have low support in the field
