There are really no pros

Cons

Terrible management. Supervisor and management are so disconnected from the staff they have no idea how over worked the technicians are. Very negative environment due to lack of management. Supervisor is more worried about the policies and procedures that she forgets about her staff. Hostile and toxic work environment. Managers like to bully staff.

The workers. There are a lot of great worker bees who work so hard to get the job done and are great to be around.

Cons

So many. Poor leadership. Poor culture because of the poor leadership. No integrity or accountability. They say they have a Vision Mission and Values. They dont abide by it. PTO is horrible. No development or career opportunities. Leadership changes their mind all the time so it feels like there is a lack of direction. The turnover rate is bad for a reason.

Weak attempts to bring technology but manager infighting and lack of teamwork prevent growth. Sales lagging because the staff spends their day shopping instead of building clients. The company is merging with Bioscrips and layoffs are coming to decrease the amount of severance payouts. Culture of fear makes people leave. Always have to look over your shoulder because people are fired for no reason.
