      Pros

      Company with a vision for the future. Workers care for the patients we serve. Good pay, PTO, and 401K is a 4% match. Option Care continues to grow and develop. Solid leadership team locally and nationally. Option Care does things the right way!! Teamwork

      Cons

      Short staffed in all departments making it difficult to execute and serve patients in a timely fashion. Health insurance very expensive. No tuition reimbursement. Not much room for advancement

      Pros

      My team is small but very supportive of each other and brilliant at what we do. Flexibility in how/when you work is essential and this company walks-the-walk in trusting you to get the job done however works best for you. There is ample opportunity for growth and development in my professional career here. Employees working with patients truly care about providing the best care possible.

      Cons

      Previous manager was challenging to work with and was in the pocket of the people that mattered. While there is ample opportunity for success, you have to find it yourself and make it happen. Strategic planning is a major weakness throughout the organization when the bottom line is always being held in such a high priority level.
