      Enormous impact on improving the lives of those that are critically ill. Healing and recovering in the comfort of your own home. Outstanding clinicians and a great team of co-workers who truly care about the patients we care for.

      Pros

      Individual relationships are great. Patients can be a truly wonderful part of the the job.

      Cons

      The worst liars I have ever worked for. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you to do what they want. Get everything in writing or in an email. Compensation is a joke. No shift differentials if you're salaried, even on overnight work. No compensation past 40 hours, and that's absolutely expected of you to do. Love to talk a big game about diversity but they do not support their diverse staff at all.
