      Pros

      I really enjoy the people I work with. The schedule was 8:30am-5pm M-F. There is room for growth.

      Cons

      I didn't properly train me and asked that I learned everything as I worked a referral.

      Horrible company to work for. Medical insurance and time off are terrible. Zero positive leadership.

      Schedule is good. M-F. Weekends off.

      Cons

      Management across the board is a dictatorship. They do not care about the people working there whatsoever. Management shows favoritism on a daily basis. If you try to voice your concerns you are either ignored, shut down or retaliated against. There is no regard for a positive and open communication of culture.

      + Love that I can leave work at a decent hour! + Love each day is a new challenge/puzzle + Love that I work with other REAL professionals!

      + Only 3 weeks PTO first year - I use to get 4 weeks.
