      Forever Changing

      Pros

      Room for growth, 4% dollar for dollar match 401k, co-workers amazing, not much to say after that. The company tries get employee engagement up with yearly Gallup.

      Cons

      Forever changing; owned by an equity company there’s been a lot of changes driven by money and patient care focus as dwindled to the back burner. Patient focused CEO got ousted, many sites consolidating and centralization leads to loss of jobs and overworked team members.

      Some employees are nasty,profane and downright racist. Others sit idly by like this is the norm. Managament is so distant and divorced from the local offices. Needs a complete cultural overhaul.

      Paycheck. Nothing really positive. Extremely overworked and have to short cut everything to make ridiculous deadlines

      Cons

      Horrible management, liaisons are the nastiest group of woman. Happy I didn't have to deal with them too often. Tons of back stabbing going on. Run don't walk away from here.
