      If you don't care deeply about patient care and quality and are not willing to work long hours to continuously improve all that you see, then this job is NOT for you!

      Pros

      PTO is good. Learn a lot about about healthcare. Once you're hired you would have to do something really stupid to get fired.

      Cons

      Not all employees are paid equally. Definitely underpaid. Benefits not so great. No real room for growth. There is definitely favoritism and cliques within management. Under staffed and over worked. There isn't tuition reimbursment so if wanted to go back to school it would be all on you.
