      Pros

      Great manager, branch, Clinical liaisons. Commission plan was fair, but I know that has changed now. Loved my customers and patients.

      Cons

      Corporate culture has changed since MDP took partial ownership and company became Option Care. Still a good company though...it just appears they are not as invested in their employees. Hopefully a shift for the positive once MDP sells.
