I enjoyed the Autonomy and the charge nurse and nurse manager were very nice and helpful

Cons

Disorganized with scheduling and working late hours. Having to wait hours to get medications. I dreaded calling a pharmacist for a questions because there were a few that were very irritable. Instead of helping they spent more time giving DE-constructive criticism first. Upset that you didn't know everything about the pumps or medication. Not a learning opportunity and c/o fell on deaf ears.

Option Care is a great company to work for and I love that our patients are well cared for. My managers are open to idea's and really want us to succeed. Great support and know that I can ask questions as needed.

Cons

Growing Pains as with any company. Hope that Patient Care will always be most important goal for this company.
