OptionCare Health is great company to work for. Employees are recognized for their contributions with awards and bonuses. Your opinions are listened to and considered. Pay is great and PTO policy is good. Option Care celebrates diversity and inclusiveness in the organization. Employees get a floating diversity day and we have community groups such as LBGTQ.

Cons

Work/Life balance can be unbalanced at times. At times, leadership makes decisions without taking the time to consider all factors and talk to the staff that actually works with the processes.
