      Pros

      Used to be an enjoyable environment. Management was reliable.

      Cons

      Company claims a “One Team One Goal” aspect but there seems to be a lot of miscommunication between a lot of departments that hinder servicing patients. Communication is very terrible. Management keeps you in the dark about a lot of decisions that effect you. Little to no training. You end up doing a lot of work that’s not in your job description because of lack of resources.

      Pros

      The workers. There are a lot of great worker bees who work so hard to get the job done and are great to be around.

      Cons

      So many. Poor leadership. Poor culture because of the poor leadership. No integrity or accountability. They say they have a Vision Mission and Values. They dont abide by it. PTO is horrible. No development or career opportunities. Leadership changes their mind all the time so it feels like there is a lack of direction. The turnover rate is bad for a reason.
