Inconsistent policy enforcement, pay is significantly below average for similar positions at other companies, work schedule has just been completely changed and now includes mandatory weekend shifts without two consecutive days off in the two weeks surrounding the weekend shift. PTO requests are often denied or approved based on the supervisor's preference for each employee. No overtime is allowed, despite being constantly short staffed. Multiple times we have had to run our department of 8 with only 2 people. "Bear with us" seems to be the daily motto. No work/life balance. Micromanagement at its finest.
