      Great teamwork, helpful and attentive leaders, generous Paid Time Off, ability to work on your own

      Cons

      Daily/Weekly changes to job requirements ranging from minor to major, area managers and higher ups heavily micromanage, workload is around 50+ patients per employee, must be available for inbound calls from any source during entire shift, work-life balance used to be very flexible and is no longer an option

      The pay and reimbursement for mileage is significant

      Cons

      Micromanaged. No communication. Patients don’t receive medications all the time which leaves you with no hours. I have had 6 managers in two years and no one knows what they are doing in management. They do not care about the patients, just about money.
