This is a company that grows consistently, regardless of the health of the economy. Within the last couple of years there have been massive investments in us as employees, in improving our technology, our operating model, in patient care, and in every area that is important to us as employees and to the patients we serve. Our future as a company is bright!
Cons
Massive change comes with quite a bit of disruption, and we have not been spared from the challenging aspects of change as is common in the Healthcare industry. However even though change is hard, it has many benefits for those of us who focus on the better future that it is creating.
