      Work/Life Balance Good Work Environment My location seems to care for each member of team The location operations manager really cares for their location and team members Compensation as a pharmacy technician is probably the highest in the area

      Cons

      Corporate management says they are all about patient but all the new implementations seem to be all about the money Policies seem to be made by people who do not or have not practiced in healthcare. Inner-office communication is sometimes not a thing The culture and values in upper management are not there.

      None, none, none, and none.

      Cons

      Since Walgreens sold to Option Care, there has been a complete employee turnover. The management now shiftily fire people, hire friends, and do not care about keeping costs down. When it was Option Care before, it was the number one location in the country because management put the patients and employees first. Now they treat their people like dogs. And the way the treated their long-term contracted drivers was the worst I have ever seen.

      People. There are some very dedicated people working for option care. And there is potential if you can stick it out.

      Cons

      Constant change and misdirection. It is difficult to do my work as there are no resources available outside of basic necessity.
