      Paycheck. Keep your mouth shut.

      Cons

      No one office operates the same. Upper Management acknowledges certain Managers shouldn't be in those positions but no one does anything.

      The company is stable, and the environment that I work in is comfortable, professional, and a relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      The company adheres heavily to policy even to a fault, and detriment. The salary is manageable but not livable (for me). When it came time for an opportunity for advancement outsiders was hired over insiders.
