Culture is good, they hire good people Easy to manage your own work If working with an agency, pay is good Manager and supervisors were good teachers and leaders
Cons
No cons, fair company and great coworkers made even the hard days go better. I have to say, even though I worked hard, I found it hard to advance at the company. That being said, they set you up for success in your career in whatever you feel it is you want to do. As long as you take care of your day to day responsibilities, the extra time you spend can be put towards upskilling.
