Pros
Quick and simple 3 round interview process with a very fast turnaround following it. Very prompt communication that was consistent across the board, be it the hiring manager, or the recruiter. I always received a response to all inquiries within 24 hours or less. They seek people with a passion for consulting and the right attitude. Very approachable and easygoing process if you can speak on yourself and know what you say you know. The onboarding process was seamless and laid out by my manager which was very good for getting me ready to hit the ground running. You have documentation/resources for literally everything you need and all in one place which I found very neat and organized. Lots of good opportunities for growth within the organization. You also have a voice within it!
Cons
No cons to specifically state, but a few thoughts. Set boundaries for your work/life balance based on what that looks like for you. Have clear, open communication with your manager about everything, they’re always there to hear. You can use recharge which is unlimited PTO as needed.
